About CREONARA

CREONARA is a mobile and web application that provides AI-powered tools to help you grow your audience as a content creator. Features include: AI Coach for personalized tips, Trend Radar for trend discovery, public Bio Link for consolidating your online presence, Brand Match for connecting with relevant brands, and Share Cards for distribution on social networks. CREONARA is currently operated as an independent project; contact via the email listed in the Contact section.

Who can use the service

To create a CREONARA account you must be at least 16 years old. If you are between 13 and 16, you need consent from a parent or legal guardian. Under 13 you may not use the service. You must provide accurate information when registering (valid email, real name or consistent pseudonym). It is prohibited to create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit permission.

Your account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. Do not share credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us. CREONARA may suspend or delete accounts that violate the terms, without notice in severe cases (spam, abuse, illegal content).

Connecting social network accounts

CREONARA lets you connect your social network accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) using standard OAuth protocols. By connecting, you authorize us to read your public profile data (username, display name, avatar, follower count) and use them for: displaying on your Bio Link page, calculating your Creator Score, matching with brand offers via Brand Match. We do NOT post content on your behalf, do NOT read your private messages, do NOT access your friends list. You can disconnect any network at any time from Settings → Social Networks. Use of TikTok / Meta / etc. APIs is governed by those platforms' terms — using CREONARA implies acceptance of those terms (e.g., TikTok Developer Terms, Meta Platform Terms).

AI-generated content

AI Coach and Trend Radar generate content using AI models (Claude by Anthropic). These suggestions are advisory and are provided "as is", without guarantee of specific results (audience growth, virality, etc.). You are responsible for decisions you make based on this advice. Generated content is for personal use — do not resell it as your own service without written permission.

Your content (Bio Link)

You are the exclusive owner of the content you publish on your Bio Link page (tagline, social links, chosen niches). By publishing, you grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display this content within the service. Your content must comply with the law (no illegal content, harassment, explicit content involving minors, medical disinformation, etc.). CREONARA may remove content that violates these rules.

Payments and subscriptions

CREONARA currently includes a free plan. Premium features may be added in the future with clear pricing displayed before purchase. Payments will be processed via Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, or Stripe — see their respective policies for refund rules. You can cancel a subscription from your App Store / Google Play account, or directly from the app once the option is launched.

Brand → creator payments via Stripe Connect

CREONARA facilitates direct payments between brands and creators via Stripe Connect. The following rules apply to these transactions:

• CREONARA platform fee: 10% of the total amount paid by the brand. This fee is automatically withheld before transfer to the creator and covers platform operating costs (verification, dispute resolution, technical support).
• Card processing fee (Stripe): 2.9% + €0.30 per transaction. This fee is borne by the creator and is deducted from the net amount received, via the Stripe Connect „on_behalf_of" mechanism — the creator is considered „merchant of record" for the transaction.
• Concrete example: Brand pays €100 → CREONARA withholds €10 commission (10%) → Stripe deducts €3.20 (2.9% + €0.30) → Creator receives €86.80 net in Stripe Balance.
• Payout to bank account: Stripe automatically processes payments to the creator's bank account. The first payment may take 7-14 business days (rolling reserve). Subsequent payments arrive in 2-3 business days. Stripe may apply additional fees for payouts in other currencies or to non-EU accounts.
• Currency conversion: If the creator's bank account currency differs from the transaction currency (e.g., EUR paid, RON received), Stripe applies an exchange rate with a margin of approximately 1% per the Stripe Connect Agreement.
• Refund and disputes: The brand may request a refund through Stripe Dashboard. Upon refund, the amount received by the creator (including CREONARA commission) is refunded to the brand. CREONARA does not intervene in disputes except in exceptional cases, per Stripe dispute resolution.
• Tax obligations: The creator is responsible for declaring income received in their jurisdiction. CREONARA does not withhold taxes at source. We recommend consulting an accountant for individual tax obligations.
• Stripe Connect Agreement: By accepting Stripe Express KYC, the creator becomes a direct subject of the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (stripe.com/connect-account/legal) and the Stripe Services Agreement (stripe.com/legal/ssa).

Before activating your Stripe Connect account, you will be required to explicitly confirm acceptance of these terms via a checkbox in the application. Your consent is recorded with timestamp for legal audit trail.

Permitted and prohibited behavior

It is prohibited to use CREONARA for: spam, phishing, malware distribution, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, hacking or reverse engineering attempts, automated scraping or unauthorized use of our APIs, creating multiple accounts to bypass limits. Accounts violating these rules will be suspended or deleted without refund.

Limitation of liability

CREONARA is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, CREONARA and its operators are not liable for: loss of profits, service interruptions, loss of data (although we back up), or indirect damages resulting from app use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or €0 for free users).

Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change implies acceptance. If you disagree with the new terms, you may close your account.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably via email. Otherwise, the competent court is the Romanian one. For EU users, rights guaranteed by European consumer protection directives remain applicable.
